MANCHESTER’S first ‘free from’ restaurant is certainly looking good in the Royal Exchange Arcade, so Body Confidential Editor L’Oréal Blackett popped by 3 Squared to get the skinny on what’s on (and what’s off) the unique café’s hit list.

Aiming to raise the standards of what you put in your body, 3 Squared champions fabulous, fresh food prepped from scratch, skirting most of the nasties that contribute to bringing on bloating, brain fog, inflammation and fatigue which are by-products of the stress we load onto our systems through poor food choices. The delicious dishes at 3 Squared are free from as many inflammatory ingredients as possible: the three biggest culprits, gluten, dairy and wheat, and also peanuts, lupin, soya and refined sugar.

As L’Oréal discovers, eradicate addictive ingredients or hidden “dangers” and you’ll reap the benefits.
