The Remedy Re-Brand!

            The Remedy Re-Brand!

This October, we are incredibly excited to announce that we are re-branding from 3 Squared Cafe to The Remedy Kitchen. Our founders, Katie McIntosh and Andy McGlynn, originally launched our 50-cover healthy eatery as 3 Squared Cafe, a play on the term Square Meal. As an independent start up, we have continued to demonstrate month on month growth since launching as Manchester's 1st and only "free from" cafe on 1st December 2018.

Accumulating over 150 five star reviews across online platforms, as well as features in publications such as Manchester Evening News, Cheshire Life, Manchester Confidential, Manchester’s Finest and I Love Manchester, our concept is demonstrating it’s staying power and popularity.

It did become apparent however, that on paper the name "3 Squared" didn’t translate our ethos of clean eating and increasing health through intelligent food choices, so over the past 3 months we've been working all the hours to implement a strategic re-brand in time for our 1st birthday later on this year.

For those of you that haven’t yet visited us, you can find out more about us below, and for our regular customers out there, you’ll be pleased to know that this brand update is set to enhance our menu offering, processes and performance across the board over the remainder of 2019 and beyond.

WE ARE REMEDY - a celebration of nutritional wisdom, spreading the benefits and results of a more conscious way of eating. The menu and concept, created by Company Director, Katie McIntosh, has been developed using knowledge and passion for food that generates positive outcomes for energy levels, physical and mental performance, as well as aesthetics. “Our key “why” is to help maintain health and wellness by offering a sustainable, dependable and innovative way of eating."
The level of detail and knowledge behind the concept makes The Remedy Kitchen the only choice for the health-conscious individual in the city. Cultivating an ever growing database of coeliac, vegan and vegetarian customers as well as the every-day foodie, whatever you’re preference there’ll be something that’s clean, healthy and delicious to be enjoyed.
